What drives the cost
Modules
Accounting, stock, buying and selling are the core. Manufacturing adds the most, then HR and payroll.
Users and companies
More users means more roles, permissions and training. Each extra company adds its own books and rules.
Data migration
Masters only is quick. Opening balances need reconciling. Full history takes the longest.
Customisation
Custom features and print formats are the largest line items on past projects. They are scoped in the proposal, not discovered later.

How you pay, and how long it takes
The project runs in fixed-scope phases. Each module ends in a UAT sign-off that releases its milestone payment. You don't pay for work you haven't accepted.
