What's included
Submission from ERPNext
Sales invoices are validated and submitted to FBR's digital invoicing system from ERPNext, without re-keying.
Yearly updates
When FBR changes its rules or API, the integration is updated as part of the subscription.
Bug fixes and support
Issues with the integration are handled through the helpdesk, within the same yearly fee.

Health check
A free written report on your ERPNext, including whether it is ready for FBR integration.

Fixed quote
The setup fee and the yearly subscription, confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Setup and testing
The integration is installed, configured for your invoices, and tested in FBR's sandbox. Usually 3–5 working days, once your items have HS codes and your registered customers have NTNs.
- Step 4
Live
Once the tests pass, your production token appears in FBR's IRIS portal. You share it, and invoices go to FBR from ERPNext.

Our ERPNext was set up by another partner, or by us. Can you add FBR to it?
Yes, if it runs a supported version. The free health check tells you whether it does and what needs fixing first, and ends in a fixed-price quote.
Do we have to move our hosting?
Yes. The integration runs on ERPNext hosting and support by Havenir, from USD 165 a month, so an FBR or ERPNext update never breaks something we didn't test. You keep Administrator access; the FBR app stays Havenir's.
What do we need to provide?
Two things. In FBR's IRIS portal, you choose PRAL as your integrator, add the IP addresses we send you, and share the sandbox and production tokens with us. In ERPNext, every item you sell needs an HS code and every registered customer an NTN and province; if they're missing, send them in a sheet and we import them.
Do we have to pay a licensed integrator?
No. FBR requires a licensed integrator, and PRAL, FBR's own IT company, is one at no charge. You choose it when you set up digital invoicing in IRIS.
