QuickSolutions repairs, buys and sells smart devices in Belgium. It needed one system for repair jobs, sales, purchasing and stock, with online payments and shipping built in. Havenir Solutions ran the ERPNext implementation, including a repair portal now used by 23,000+ customers.

The situation
Procurement and stock were tracked by hand, repair and sales steps weren't automated, and payments and shipping ran in separate systems, which caused delays.
What we did
- ERPNext for sales, purchasing and stock.
- A custom repair front end (React) on top of ERPNext for the repair workflow, now used by 23,000+ customers.
- Stripe for online payments; Sendcloud for delivery and return labels.
- Metabase dashboards for reporting.
- Staff training for the go-live; hosted on Frappe Cloud.
Havenir has worked with QuickSolutions since 2022 and still supports the system, under the same support plan it offers today.
