Companies that chose Havenir for ERPNext
The system says one number, the warehouse says another, and month-end write-offs settle the argument.
Sales, purchases and stock live in different tools, so closing the books means reconciling them by hand.
Product cost and margin come from a workbook someone updates when they have time.
Accounting, stock, buying and selling in one system, plus the pieces manufacturers and distributors need.
Bills of materials, work orders and production plans driven by real stock and open orders.
Trace any batch from supplier receipt through production to the customer invoice.
Material, labour and overhead posted to each job, so margin is known when the job closes.
Separate books per legal entity, with inter-company transactions and consolidated reports.
Know what is in which warehouse before you promise it. Pick lists, multiple units of measure and reorder levels included.
The reports you run today, rebuilt on live data instead of exports.
Material requests and purchase orders that would exceed a project or cost-centre budget are stopped or flagged, and those above your limits go to the right person for approval, as do discounts. Each user sees and changes only what their role allows, down to the company, warehouse and field.
Changes to your records are kept with who made them and when, and logins, exports and deletions are logged. A submitted invoice is never overwritten: it is cancelled and amended, and the original stays on file.
Your ERPNext has a database of its own, separate from every other company's. Nothing is stored in tables shared with another customer.
Discovery ends in a signed scope. Each module then ends in a UAT sign-off that releases its milestone payment.
Your processes mapped to ERPNext, gaps listed, and customisation scoped and priced.
Signed scopeModules set up for your processes; masters and opening balances moved and reconciled against your old system.
Your team runs real transactions and signs off each module. Training happens here, on your own data.
Sign-off per moduleYou switch over, with the option of running the old system in parallel for a period.
Close support in the first weeks after go-live, then a support plan if you want one.

Invoices go to FBR straight from ERPNext.
ManufacturingCustomers, suppliers, items and opening balances come across as standard. Open orders and full transaction history are optional and priced in the proposal.
Balances are reconciled against your old system before go-live, and you can run both systems in parallel for a period if you want the extra check.
Most of what you need is already in ERPNext, so that gets configured before anything is written. Where your process really differs, the customisation is scoped and priced in the proposal, built as its own app instead of edits to ERPNext itself, and tested against each update before it reaches your system.

Recommended: ERPNext implementation in fixed-scope phases, each ending in a sign-off. A range, not a quote; the scoping call turns it into one.

Go-live took between 10.6 and 33 weeks on the last three implementations. The estimator gives a range for your scope.
Muhammad Ahmad, the founder, on every project. Vetted Frappe developers join larger builds, and he reviews their code before it reaches your system. Your system isn't tied to one person: it runs on Frappe Cloud, on standard ERPNext wherever possible, with the custom work you paid for documented and handed over on request. European clients contract with Havenir Solutions GmbH in Bremen.
No. ERPNext is open source, and you get Administrator access to your system. If you want to run it yourself later, ask for a handover: customisations you paid for come with their code, and you maintain them from then on. Everything else, including subscription apps such as the FBR integration, stays Havenir's.
On Frappe Cloud, run by Havenir while we support your system. Hosting, updates and app installs stay with us, so an update never breaks something we didn't test.
Yes. Training happens during UAT, on your own data, before go-live.
EU VAT is set up as part of accounting. FBR digital invoicing is a fixed-price integration.
