ERPNext in Pakistan for manufacturers and distributors, run by the founder of Havenir Solutions

One system for operations, payroll and accounts, with numbers you can trust. The founder, Muhammad Ahmad, scopes it, migrates your data and reviews every customisation himself, and after an advance at signing, you pay as each module is signed off.

Ahmad aims to reply within 1 business day. No obligation.

How an implementation runs

Go-live usually takes 10 to 33 weeks for a full implementation (accounts, stock and operations); larger manufacturers take longer, and the estimator gives a range for your scope.

  1. Step 1

    Scoping call

30 minutes with Ahmad on how you work today and what ERPNext has to do, with a live demo if you want one.

  2. Step 2

    Fixed-scope proposal

Modules, customisation and data migration scoped and priced before work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Phased implementation

Your team tests each module and signs it off. That module's payment follows its sign-off.

    Sign-off per module
  4. Step 4

    Go-live and support

Close support until your first month-end close, then the helpdesk, under the support plan that runs from the start of the project. Median first response to tickets over the last 12 months: 1.4 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Email [email protected] or book a call.

We're not a manufacturer or distributor. Will ERPNext fit?

If you buy, hold stock, run projects or deliver services, most of what you do is standard ERPNext. Radiant Medical imports and buys locally, bids on government projects, approves earnest money deposits and runs service and construction work, all in ERPNext. For construction, bills of quantities and progress billing with retention are custom; we scope and price them in the proposal.

Can you deliver a rollout for 100+ users?

Yes. Radiant Medical and IRC Dairy each run ERPNext with over 100 users and 200+ staff. Ahmad led both as consultant and developer, with a project manager alongside, and each department's key users were trained first, during UAT. Start dates are booked so every project gets the founder's time. QuickSolutions' customer portal serves more than 23,000 people.

Who supports us after go-live?

Where is it hosted?

Do you handle FBR digital invoicing?

Yes, as a fixed-price FBR digital invoicing integration at USD 495 a year, plus a one-time setup for new customers.

Can ERPNext connect to our other systems?

Yes, through its REST API and webhooks. We have built integrations with FBR digital invoicing and ZKTeco biometric attendance devices. Every integration is priced separately from the implementation.
