Experience Required: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in online bidding at Upwork and other Freelance Marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Acquisition: Drive business growth through effective bidding on Upwork and other relevant Freelance Marketplaces.
2. Strategic Project Selection: Skilfully identify and bid on high-quality projects related to Website Development, React.js Projects, Full Stack Applications, Custom Software Development, Designing Services, Branding Solution
3. Proposal Crafting: Demonstrate expertise in writing persuasive proposals, project price estimation, quote creation, and overall bid management.
4. Client Interaction: Efficiently gather and communicate client requirements with the team, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Maintain Online Reputation: Uphold a stellar rating on Upwork and other platforms, fostering a positive image and attracting new opportunities.
6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
7. Business Prospecting: Proactively engage in business prospecting and bidding to expand our client portfolio.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or IT.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with clients via call, email, or chat.
3. International Exposure: Proven experience in securing international digital media projects.
4. Work Ethic: Hardworking, punctual, and a proactive "can-do-it" approach.
5. Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve assigned targets.
