Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Havenir Solutions’ ERP services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to drive interest and engagement.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including contact information and outcomes, using CRM/ERP systems.
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients for the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and turn potential leads into qualified opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
