The Holiday List Tool is an extension to the HR module of ERPNext v13/FrappeHR. This tool simplifies the process of updating multiple holiday lists within the system, allowing you to easily manage and maintain accurate holiday information.

Usage Instructions

Follow these steps to update multiple holiday lists using the Holiday List Tool:

  1. Open the Holiday List Tool: Navigate to the HR module and locate the Holiday List Tool.

  2. Select the Date: Choose the date you want to add to the holiday lists. This could be a new holiday or an existing one that needs to be added to multiple lists.

  3. Get Holiday Lists: Click on the "Get Holiday Lists" button. The system will retrieve all the holiday lists in which the selected date falls.

  4. Verify the Holiday List Table: A table will display the holiday lists that include the selected date. Review the table to ensure the correct lists are shown.

  5. Update Holiday Lists: Once you have verified the holiday lists, click on the "Update Holiday Lists" button. The system will add the new holiday to all the relevant holiday lists.

Note: If the selected date already exists in a specific holiday list, the system will skip updating that particular list, avoiding duplication of holidays.
